Job description

  • Develop new features and improve existing features in the MSRD service.
  • Troubleshoot and fix build and deployment failures·

Responsibilities

    • Participation to on-call rotation for support and test monitoring·
    • Enhance and leverage advanced security monitoring·
    • Write and help maintain build scripts and YAML·
    • Add and improve automated testing·
    • Troubleshoot/Fix build and deployment failures.

    • 5 years experience
    • Strong software engineering skills, with fluency in C# and .Net development·

    Years of Experience:

    • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in software development with experience building a product  

    Degrees/Certs:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field  

    Disqualifiers:

    • Looking for programming engineer – does not want to see someone who cannot code  

    Performance Indicators:

    • Number of bugs fixed  

    Qualifications: 

    • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in software development with experience building a product· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field·
    • Strong software engineering skills, with fluency in C# and .Net development·
    • Strong development skills using scripting languages (especially PowerShell) ·
    • Familiarity with logging API (i.e. AppInsights, log4net, System Diagnostics).
    • Functional programming experience is a plus (F#, Scala, OCaml)
    • Experience designing and building RESTful API’s ·
    • Ability to schedule and deliver on tasks in a timely manner·
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, small-team atmosphere·
    • Excellent communication skills·
    • Ability to self-start and work independently·
    • Technical excellence and commitment to quality  

    Daily Schedule:

    • Flexible 40 Hours/week  

    Interaction:

    • Work closely with other engineers on the team (roughly 15 on the team
