Job description

Audit employee data and payroll entries that interface from the HRIS system or external systems into payroll systems to ensure overall integrity of data within payroll systems. Research and resolve entries that do not properly load into or export out of the payroll systems as well as Provide support to users and troubleshoot unusual data entries, conditions, or issues with data interfacing into or out of payroll systems.


  • Qualifications:

    • Administer all systems utilized by client's payroll department.
    • Coordinate business requirements and testing, provide support, and validate data to ensure timely and accurate payroll data processing and to support business decision making.


    • High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of combined payroll and payroll information systems experience.
    • Payroll system processing, design, testing, configuration, or report writing experience required.
    • Workday, ADP, and EmpCenter knowledge preferred.
    • Experience with compliance and financial reporting is preferred.


    • WorkDay or recognized Payroll System Certification preferred.
    • American Payroll Association FPC or CPP preferred.
